Spring thunderstorms come and go washing away the pollen for
a day to give spring flowers that extra push they need to bloom. The weather is
warming up nicely, with temps hitting the upper 70’s already – before Easter! Wild turkeys, deer, colorful songbirds and
even some late night raccoons are coming by the lodge this spring!
This spring we are meeting more and more new guests as we
sit by our new fire pit! So cozy to sit and watch the sunset with a crackling
fire, and listen to nature. We offer campfire s’mores as an add on to anyone’s
stay, and they’re already most often requested to this year’s bookings. We also
have many return guests coming back to enjoy the serenity this vacation spot offers.
We’re glad we could make your trip memorable.
